PCM digital audio enables you to record a soundtrack or narration on to your video. 5-second record is great for capturing snippets of a young one's life on a tape. You can watch that young one grow before your eyes!Not only do you get a great camcorder, you also get a digital still camera capable of 1024 x 768 images. You can store those images on a Mini DV tape or on SD or MMC cards. This camcorder also works as a webcam so you can stay in touch with loved ones by PC.
