The VMH945LA camcorder is part of Hitachi's Ultravision Platinum high-end video series. This model offers high-band 8mm (Hi8) video and hi-fi stereo sound along with digital image stabilization and a 3.5-inch swingout color monitor.The VMH945LA'sbuilt-in light helps improve color quality in dim shooting conditions. The basic optical zoom is 16x, which can be digitally supplemented for 72x enlargement.Added features include a lightweight lithium ion battery with no memory effect and four-way digital fades (white, zoom, wipe, curtain) which can really add nice touches to your tapes.
