How not to order a Gropro

Ordered a GoPro Hero 4 Black direct from the company as I figured it may be the best service. Overnighted the package by Fedex and never received it. GoPro says someone signed for it but was not anyone's signature at my house. Then after a month and a dozen emails, GoPro (Vanessa) promised multiple times - in writing - that I would receive a refund. That was 2 months ago. GoPro states they are having problems in their "refund department". I ordered the unit successfully from B&H Photo. Kudos to B&H Photo as usual. However, still no refund from GoPro. Be careful direct ordering. Seems like the re-sellers are better than the source. And I am still out over $500. No excuse.
