Small, compact

Memory card that comes standard is only 32 meg, way too little capacity for any meaningful use. And I have had problems getting it to recognize a new memory card (and gotten absolutely no help from Audiovox in nearly 3 weeks.)

Very compact - fits easily in a shirt pocket. Fairly easy to use - I'm a newbie and have only used this as a camcorder. If you really are serious about shooting video, this probably isn't the one for you, but if you want an MP3 that also happens to shoot video, this might be just right for you. Note that if you have any problems with it, you can't expect any tech support from Audiovox.

Customer Service

Completely useless tech support. I emailed a question to tech support and after 10 days got an "answer" that showed whoever replied hadn't even bothered to read my question. It was a non-answer. Going on three weeks now and still no help from Audiovox. I'll never do business with this company again
