i needed a bag to hold my oly e 510 and the two kit lenses. bam! it does it perfectly. i also fit all the camera accessories and filters in the inside front pouch, the camera manual in the back pouch. i recently just purchased an fl-50 flash. oh yeah, that fits in it too. this bag can still also fit a 70-300 with everything mentioned! the strap is easy to adjust and comfy. its is a very quick to access bag. changing lenses is super quick! almost faster than pulling your second camera off your hip... almost :) even if the pouch is not clipped and you lift the bag buy the handle, your gear will not spill out!!! built very tough and protects the camera great. even keeps sand out with the way the top sits nice and tight even though it is not sealed. nice small size! also fits well on your back when riding a bike or walking and or running.
