Strength:
Well thought out, multiple access paths, good (and changeable) layout, three different carry harnesses, well made, well padded, lots of room.
Weakness:
None that I can think of. I've an F100 with a 28-80 f2.8, a 80-200 f2.8, a 200-400 tele, a bigger flash, and a pile of smaller accessories. No room for my Bogen with the nice head, but that fits well into a compact bag that in turn straps well to the outside. The three different carry harnesses (baggage handle + shoulder strap + nice backpack harness) makes it great for dragging around. Good protection and functionality at a good price. Strength:
Robust and well built. Changes from a crriing bag to a backpack like a James Bond tool.
Weakness:
Does not look realy waterproof on heavy rain. The tipod fixation get loose after a while (I lost one in the end) and is not realy usable for a big tripod. It's an excellent combo with the Pelikan case so I can transport the gear about every where with no problem. I used it in canioning and fast rafting full with MF equipment. No problem the gear is safe in there. After long trekking under rain, I was a little worried because the case don't have an additional rain cover like other bags. An for longer trekking, the carry system is not very confortable. All in one it is still a great bag especially with the Pelikan. I would buy it again, no doubt. Omni Trekker Camera Bag
Strength:
This camera bag has lots of room, fast to use, does not look like a camera bag.
Weakness:
None A well thought out camera bag. This bag can carry my Nikon kit which includes a 400mm 5.6 AF, 70-200mm 2.8 zoom, 18mm, 24mm, 105 2.8 micro, sb26 flash, a turbo battery pack, Nikon n90s, coolpix 950, 2X Tele lens for coolpix, 10 filters (52-82mm) Iomega click drive 10 memory disks, and a Gitzo G1 weekender tripod. With room left over for my Sony laptop. I do a lot of photography on location, which means lots of travel. The Omni Trekker can carry all my equipment as a carry on.
