Strength:
Contruction, layout flexibility, durability, hardware, equipment protection, all-weather design.
Weakness:
Bag layout forces you to pack items in two layers, so you have to take out items on the top layer to access those in the bottom. Since this is a tall bag, I have to pack my medium format gear in two layers. This is just a slight inconvenience though, because for the work I do I can take stuff out of the bag and leave it unpacked while I work. It just makes finding small accessories a bit cumbersome. Besides, most other bags of this size are the same in this regard. Right now the bag holds a Mamiya 645 body w/ power winder grip, 4 lenses, 3 backs w/ 5 inserts, a Polaroid back, 3 different viewfinder prisms, filters and there's still some space left for accessories and plenty of film. Lowepro makes great bags! Many years ago I had a couple of larger Tenba bags which I fould to be the best at the time. Today, I prefer Lowepro's offerings (just a personal prefrerence, mind you.) This is my fourth Lowepro. I'm currently looking at getting another Magnum AW (not the MF model) to house my recently expanded 35mm system. You can't go wrong with these bags!
