Strength:
Durable; roomy; plenty of room and storage pockets; it's a Domke.
Weakness:
It's not a waist pack. This is my third Domke bag. I originally had an F2 until someone removed it from me along with with all my gear unbeknownst to me. I loved that bag. When I replaced my gear I went with one body and decided to downsize my bag with a Domke F-3X. Recently I decided, as my equipment expanded, I needed a new bag. I wanted to keep everything (DLSR body, three lenses, a flash and accessories) together. I went looking expressly to find a bag that was not a Domke. I wanted a waist pack and something that was more padded and contemporary than the old Domke I had used for so many years. So I looked at everything on-line and then went to two different stores and looked at Tenba, Tamrac and LowePro. Ahead of time, I had pretty much decided on a Tamrac bag I had read about on-line. But before I knew it, there I was carrying around a Domke J3, making sure my gear fit into it. I loved the roomy padded side pockets and the padded top, plus the one hook fastener reinforced by Velcro. Plenty of room for filters, CF cards, etc. Customer Service Have not needed. It's a Domke.
