Strength:
It's pretty waterproof, it's light, can be expanded by buying accessories.
Weakness:
I wish it had a sternum strap, and a place to attach a tripod. It's my first camera bag, and overall I like it. I will probably grow out of it soon, as my interest in photography (and my supply of camera accessories) grows. Similar Products Used: none |

Strength:
Easy to take on a plane. Well constructed. Well designed for the most part.
Weakness:
I wish it had a sternum strap to hold the shoulder straps together. I bought this when I went to San Francisco in 3/00. It held my two EOS Rebel cameras, a 28-300 tamron and some film quite well. On the trip I bought a wide angle zoom which fit in there as well. It won''t be as useful this time around when I go back to SF over New Year''s. I have upgraded to an Elan 7 and a used Elan IIE. I still have a Rebel 2000. The Elans are much larger. The padding is very nice and the zippers are of fine quality. I feel that it is well constructed. I like the stretchy cord on the lid that can hold a piece of clothing. I used it with the drastic temp. changes that SF offers. I think that the modular capability is quite attractive. I bought the water bottle holder and a lens case that can attach to the sides. These items can hang off a belt if need be. Customer Service N/A Similar Products Used: Lowepro MiniTrekker. I have a single camera backback but I cant remember the brand. |

Strength:
Water resistant, compact, light weight, backback design
Weakness:
It is small. It takes a lot of reconfiguring to get my Nikkor 80-200 f2.8 into it. I did not think I would write a review of a camera bag; however, I went out to shoot fireworks in Washington, DC on July 4, 2001. While I was there, more than 3 cm (1") of rain fell. Had the bag not been water resistant, I would have lost much of my equipment. As for size, I was able to carry the following: Nikon N80, 18-35 f3.5-? , 28-105 f3.5-4.6, 80-200 f2.8, and 50 f1.4. It was a tight squeeze, though. Customer Service N/A Similar Products Used: none |
