Strength:
Light, roomy and ergonomically designed. When the backpack is loaded, the weight is distributed to the lower back. The backpack doubles itself as a lumbar support. Sturdy enough to be used as a support (instead of a tripod) for a 300 f/2.8 lens.
Weakness:
Awkward monopod holder design. Only one side pocket is not enough. Upper compartment has a silly divider in the middle. A friend of mine was amazed when I took a Canon EOS 1n body with a booster and a 100-400mm IS USM lens attached from a main compartment. I hope it tells everything. This is a great product! I wish it would come in khaki or putty color - black heats up a lot. Customer Service n/a Similar Products Used: various |

Super comfortable! Dont have to lay it and expose all your equipment to get a lens. Pop-up compartment design is awesome!
Weakness:
Not enough little pockets! One side pocket is definitly not enuf! No H2o carry compartment either. I love this pack ! Its small comfortable and roomy enuf for a beginer like me with alot of "stuff" to carry ("stuff" he still dosent know how to use). I just wish It had an H2O bottle compartment and a couple of extra little pockets! The innovative "pop-out" compartment design is awesome ! Gets 5 stars for design and comfort !!! Strength:
Great stability, holds a lot of stuff, good design, I like the flip out pockets.
Weakness:
More small pockets. Great bag for not much money, not my main bag but definetly a very good choice. Customer Service N/A Similar Products Used: Lowepro, Tamrac. |

This bag holds quite a bit of gear for its size. I have traipsed all over Paris, Manhattan and elsewhere with this on my back stuffed full of gear, and unless I strap a tripod to the side nobody knows what's in there. Plus, of course, it's far more comfortable than the traditional shoulder bag. One huge advantage over other photo-backpacks, in my opinion, is the accessability of the central section without having to open the upper section - quite useful if you're standing the bag on its bottom and trying to change lenses, etc. Also, it doesn't have the "look" of a camera bag, meaning it's (hopefully) less appealing to theives in airports. Comfort, portability for easier travel,, roominess - all outstanding.
Weakness:
The upper compartment is a bit strange in shape, though i do fit my camera body + normal lens on one half and film/angle finder/filters, etc on the other half. Also, the tripod straps and the side wall of the bag could be slightly sturdier - the side's softness makes it hard to strap the tripod on tightly. For anyone looking into backpack style bags, or anyone with a back problem that lugs around a lot of gear, this is definitely my first choice suggestion (if you don't need its big brother, which is too large for airplane travel) Customer Service N/A Similar Products Used: Multiple Tenba and other bags |
