Casual
Strength:
* Great construction, good padding on back and shoulder straps. * Well-padded camera section. * Huge carrying capacity for its size.
Weakness:
* Limited space for other equipment. In retrospect, I'd rather have gone for the larger version. * Camera area is accessed by one zipper in the lower back of the bag. I'd watch out for theft on the subway. This backpack has two main compartments, the lower camera section is well padded and sectioned with removable (velcro) dividers. The other area is a bit smallish compartment for general stuff with a large padded laptop section. I've gone out on a couple of hikes with the bag fully laden (IBM T30 laptop, one body with a couple extra lenses, small tripod, lots of misc) and it did great. The zippers are strong, the fabric is great and the back padding is excellent. The shoulder straps are well padded and comfortable. Note that this bag doesn't have any hip strap-- all the weight of your equipment sits on your shoulders. Still, good padding and weight distribution helped make it comfortable.
