2. Image-Editing Software
As the name implies, image-editing software helps you change your images. Depending on the software, you can do anything from cropping and resizing images, to sophisticated curve adjustments with masks and layers. Adobe Photoshop CS2 is the industry standard for image editing software. Most people don't need all of the power and tools offered in the full version of Photoshop. They also won't want to pay the $650 price tag. But there are lots of more affordable options including Adobe's entry-level Photoshop Elements.
