Summary:

I've been using eframes for 2 years. There are a lot of things that I like about their site compared to OFOTO.com. However, lately their site has been operating poorly. Everytime my family tries to view pictures that I've loaded they get a broken link. I can't even look at my own albums half the time. I'm tired of it and I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Strengths:

Share pictures with everyone without having to login (like OFOTO.com). Quick turnaround of ordered prints.

Weaknesses:

What good is it if you can't see your photos!!

Summary:

Although a bit confusing the first time you try the site, it quickly is explained and directs you through the process. Offers a good selection of wood, metal and plastic frames in every imaginable size (and custom). Prices are good and lots better than most frame shops. Their service is better than average and they have good recommendations to fit my photograph needs.

Strengths:

Simple to use. Helps you determine best fit and lots of models, textures to choose from. Also, nice selection of accessories--matting, etc.

Weaknesses:

It's difficult to determine how the frame matches the photograph.

Excellent assistance--on line and via toll free number.

Summary:

eframes offers such a great service. After our wedding we loaded many pictures for people to see and we are able to give them the choice of what pictures they want. My friends and I have also used the site to group vacation photos, it's been great fun to use!

Strengths:

Multiple services, not only a great picture sharing site, but the ability to frame and send is such a novel and great idea!

Weaknesses:

None

Similar Products Used:

I have looked at other picture sites, Yahoo, Sony etc but found they didn't offer the same benefits.

Summary:

Upon hearing about eframes, I was so excited. I created an album and sent a link to all of my friends and they were able to see the pictures from the wedding instantaniously. In addition, the site is completely user friendly. Many of my friends and family are computer illiterate, yet they were able to work the site and order the pics they wanted!

Strengths:

Gives you many options with many frames

Weaknesses:

Would like to see frames in larger sizes and more black frames with white mounting.

Summary:

The thing I love most about eFrames is it's simplicity. This is a GREAT service that provides immediate value - it's already saved me hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars - getting prints made, finding frames, mailing framed photos - the old process seems INSANE after using eFrames for the past 6 months.
