    Summary:
If you are looking for a raw converter and you are serious about photography take a closer look at this wonderfull programme. It puts Nikon capture to shame in what conserns easy to use and speed. I sarted usisng the free version and bought this Premium version after a week of trying it. I do weddings and other kind of photos like some sports photo to motorbike magazines. I used to shoot jpeg because of the inconvenience of having to convert to jpeg in the weddings to print proofs in the wedding day. With the option of fast proofs avaiable in this version it's piece of cake and it's fast. No more shooting in jpeg or raw+jpeg. The learning curve is quite small if you are used to photoshop levels and curves. The other commands are just intuitive.

    Strengths:
    - Fast proof enables to shoot only raw and save card space if you where used to soot raw+jpeg. - Flexibility in the output of your files size: you can set it up to 300%. At 200% a 3000x2000 px 6MP image from a dslr becomes a monster of about 24MP. Export it to tiff and open it in PS and you will be surprised. It looks like it was the original archive and not an interpolation. - Excellent control over the display and nice pack of features - I know only use photoshop for complex editing and spot editing - Curves and levels just like photoshop - Crop feature with rule of thirds grid - The best withe balance auto feature in a program of this kind. - Excellent control over the end result - Batch queue

    Weaknesses:
None that I can remember. Nothing that would be a reason to don't buy this program again, even at full price.
