Strength:
Good pix quality for a 1.3 meg, very easy controls to master, quick USB downloads
Weakness:
Poor low light response, short flash range This is a great camera to get if you are just getting into digtal photography. It''s easier to use than most others I''ve tried, gives good looking pictures, and has a very fast response time between shots. You''ll have to spend a little extra for some rechargable batteries & a larger memory card but then you''re set. Customer Service I had a little trouble getting the drivers loaded for the USB but the Canon Service rep was very much on the ball & got me going in about 30 seconds. |

Strength:
Light. Optical zoom. B/W balance and manual settings very flexible. Panoramic photo capability.
Weakness:
No video out. (Available on PowerShot A20). Very good and small camera. The Zoom is a 3x optical and 2x digital (combined for a 6x total zoom). The photo quality is impressive, compared with the CCD capacity (1.3 Mpx). |
