Strength:
cheapest in RZ lens line. lightest in line, large apeature for easy focusing.
Weakness:
edge distrotion visiable, dust comes in like crazy, no way to stop the dust problem. mamiya charges $175 for a complete lens overhaul to clean the dust. Sharp and light weight, just as previews reviewer mentioned. |

Strength:
Sharp Optic Light weight (relativlly)
Weakness:
Dust comes inside the lens easily, a lot people I know who have 110 lens had dust problem inside the lens, even though Mamiya claim that small amount of dust won't effect image quality, but large amount of dust will cause soft focus. Mamiya's price for clean the lens is $190... A sharp lens and the lightest in the RZ lens products line. |

Strength:
Standard lens for RZ Pro II. Very sharp. Very compact. f2.8 is very "powerful" for 120mm format.
Weakness:
Not known. This is a very good lens. It might not be the top. However, with the 6 X 7 format, a lot of thing can be done, especially with help of the bellow from the camera's body. It is a good investment. Customer Service Have not encountered. Similar Products Used: Mamiya RZ Pro II 50mm, 180mm. |
