Strength:
This film is the primo APS film. Colors are exciting and rich. Exposure is excellent with my Kodak Advantix 4100ix Zoom point & shoot. I took 21 rolls in Europe, took them to a good lab and was not disappointed. The photos come sharp!
Weakness:
Speeds could come in a bigger variety for some photographers, but for me, the options are fine. Twice, I have had the indicator (1-2-3-4) on my film not advance to 3 (fully exposed), but stay at one (new roll) after I had used them. Just a malfunction I guess, but not a major deal. Also, you pay a dollar more for this film than Konica's APS film, although that extra dollar is an excellent investment. Don't experiment and deviate from the best - Kodak Advantix 200 (or 100). This film is excellent for APS in every way. Customer Service I haven't used it. Similar Products Used: Fuji Nexia 200 |

Advantix 200 APS
Strength:
Excellent sharpness and richness in color.
Weakness:
None Most versatile of the Kodak APS Film. I have used the 100, 200 and 400 and found that I get the best results with the 200 for the shooting that I do. I'm using it in a APS SLR and get great results. It's too bad that Kodak doesn't produce a wider range of speeds in the APS format. Customer Service Not used. Advantix 200 APS
Strength:
Good Colour.
Weakness:
First time I have used APS (In IXUS II), but compared to 35mm the grain is very noticably worse. OK for snaps only. If the IXUS had a faster lens, I owuld go for the 100 every time, which has the same fantastic emulsion as the Royal Gold 35mm. OK for snaps - no more Customer Service N/A Similar Products Used: Royal Gold 100 ASA 35mm, Various other 35mm |

Strength:
Good exposure latitude--a tolerant film/Reasonably sharp
Weakness:
Bit of grain apparent I've always thought of Kodak print films as leaning towards a slightly cold colour balance. That's a generalisation, I know, but this film is like that. I'm trying another brand now to compare. Customer Service N/A Similar Products Used: 35mm film of all brands |

Strength:
This film handles contrast situation very well. I shot some backlighting scenes with very good results. Reds and yellows are good. Greens are also acceptable. Sharpness is acceptable.
Weakness:
The grains are apparent in the panoramic format. I am guessing this is due to small size format (APS is 24 mm) and enlargement. Some colors are somewhat too flat, for example brown and brick colors. I'll be comparing with other APS films on the market. My first two rolls of APS!! The results are very decent eventhough they are still way behind our current 35mm film technology. However, for the purpose of point-and-shot, this film is reasonably good. Some colors are rendered bold enough, but the primary colors are good. I still need to compare with other APS films on the market to choose a favorite. Similar Products Used: Not yet try others |

Weakness:
Way too hot! The reds and yellows are consistently too hot (all speeds). Stop being an obedient consumer and try another brand, like the Fuji! Similar Products Used: Fuji Nexia |

Weakness:
Very grainy in P mode, even in H Mode to some extent Really not that impressed with quality at larger sizes (P & H). In classic mode the photos are great. Will be experimenting with 100 and fuji's SmartFilm next to see if there's any difference. Customer Service Haven't use it as yet Similar Products Used: Nexia 200 |
